About Me

My approach to therapy is collaborative and goal directed. I use empathy and direct communication to help people achieve their goals. I will often ask for feedback to ensure our work together is meeting your needs and expectations. I will highlight what is already working for you as well as help you to develop new strengths and skills to decrease the problems that have been limiting your life.

I believe that you are the expert of your own life and that you possess the values, skills, and expertise that can help to guide change in your life. I want to partner with you to help you move beyond the stories that no longer serve you. Together we can create a plan to add more happiness and peace in your life.
